Satisfaction Guarantee and Quality of Photos

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 90 days to return your purchase to me.  I cannot pay for the return freight unless the photograph was damaged in some way before I shipped it (some flaw in the photograph itself).  This would be a very rare occurance, since I meticulously check my images before I dry mount them.  That having been said, your satisfaction is of prime importance to me, and I will do whatever it takes to make things right. QUALITY OF PHOTOS:  The actual photos you purchase are of the highest quality.  I use a 4 x 5 view camera which produces a 4" x 5" negative.  The reproduction quality of this size negative is really quite amazing.  The images are very sharp.  However, the quality of the images you are viewing on my web site are not going to be nearly as good as the actual quality of the photograph itself.  In order to get the image onto the web, I have to take a photograph of the photograph.  Despite all the adjustments I make to get the web image to look right, there are so many variables to control that it is nearly impossible (without great expense) to come up with images that are much better than what you see.  Also keep in mind that your individual computer monitor will display the images in a manner unique to your monitor.
